FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Premier Residential Staff has all employees; we do not hire independent contractors.  If you are shopping around for a service and comparing pricing and services, you may want to keep in mind independent contractors usually do not come with workman’s compensation insurance, if someone was injured while working you can be liable for hiring that service.  Another thing you may want to check if the service does a criminal background check.   We background check all our employees. ​

Hourly rates vary depending on event and location. There is a five hour minimum on all events. Please contact your nearest Premier Residential Staff office for rates in your area.

Absolutely!  Premier Residential employees are covered with full worker’s compensation Insurance, two million dollars in general and liquor liability.

Premier Residential Staff does not provide alcohol. You provide the alcohol, we serve it.

Yes, Premier Residential Staff can provide you with alcohol suggestions custom to your event type and guest count in the form of a bar checklist. We can advise you on alcohol, glassware, utensils, menus, appetizers, cocktails, and supplementary items. And of course, we can provide you with the staff to go with it!

The State of Pennsylvania requires liquor licenses and permits only if alcohol is sold for a profit. As long as you provide the alcohol, we can serve it to your guests. For more information on state liquor license rules, visit the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.  We have liqour liability insurances to service you and your guests.

While we cannot provide your event with food of our own, we can connect you with our recommended food services and our experienced chefs, servers, and waiters can prepare, warm, garnish, and serve food to your guests with a professional touch.

While we cannot provide your event with party supplies of our own, we can connect you with our recommended party supply service.

Premier Residential has a cancellation policy. Whether a fee would be charged that would depend on when you were cancelling.  More information about this would be available when booking your event with us.

The hourly rate does not include any gratuity. Gratuities are not required.  Tipping is always at your discretion. If our staff meet or exceed your expectations and you are looking provide them with gratuity, we would suggest a gratuity of 18%-25% depending on your level of satisfaction. You can pay the staff directly in cash, or the gratuity can be added to your final invoice and charged to your credit card.

When we take your order we will ask for all of your pertinent contact information as well as a valid credit card number to reserve the order.  We will take a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% is billed after the event.

Premier Residential employees can assist with anything that is asked of them, as long as it falls within their general job description and does not jeopardize their safety.

We can certainly accommodate this request without any additional charge to you.

We accept request for bartenders who can  do serving work as well.

We can provide the following – Servers, Bartenders, Grillers, Party Chefs and more.

Premier Residential Staff offices are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. A Weekend Manager is on duty Saturdays and Sundays and is available by cell phone.
